Obviously blown glass, it stands ~ 6 1/2" tall; the 3 "trumpet"-like openings are  communicating, so when sipped from one side, the liquid  level equalizes... The overall liquid capacity is a bit over 2 fluid ounces... The base is ~ 2 3/4" diameter, embossed in Gold (what else?),"Goldschlager" The fused stem, as seen, is ruby-red glass...
