"Wear-Ever Double Boiler"

...make no mistake about it, this
Vintage Wear-Ever Brand
aluminum Double-Boiler has seen
some use!

3 pices, lid-inclusive, it stands
~ 9" tall to the knob...
this black neopryne piece states
"Wear-Ever" in raised lettering...

The bottom portion sits ~ 4 3/4";
an impressed  line with
"Water Line" is on the side...
Though worn, the Wear-Ever
symbol and "No. 1332"
is legible on the bottom...

The top portion, in turn,  is impressed with "6 Cups" and
"3 Cups" markers...

The handles are ferous, and show a light film of oxidation...

Aside from normal use, there are no outright dings, dents, etc. ...
Neither piece is
Out-of-round...
I am estimating the set to be from the late 1940's
.....
