I know this to be 1950's or earlier, with little doubt! "Pump Button" high, this vintage piece stands ~ 9 3/8" tall... The bulbous base in hobnailed milk glass is ~ 3 1/2" diameter... High quality Milk Glass was used in the making, and this baby has absolutely no nicks, chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs...
