...a really nice piece, probably from the 1950's, this over-sized cocktail shaker stands a whopping 9 3/4", spout-high... The glass portion itself stands ~ 8 1/4" tall, and flares open to ~ 3 11/16"; the base is ~ 2 7/8" diameter... Fired-on Blue, Double-Pinstripes are in Very Good condition, as is the Stainless Steel Spouted Strainer cap... Observed obliquely at the lip, one sees that the glass itself is not crystal in colour, but rather Saphire Blue...just Imagine how this piece would match-up with these Martinis!
