The stoppers are plastic cork-style, and the lip of each vessel is contoured to facillitate pouring, as well as the insertion/extraction of the stoppers... The bottom-most image is that of the base underside... Most likely from the 1950's, this is a fairly unique treatment of this commodity; as I said earlier, I have never seen another......
