...well, I don't know any other way to describe this piece, so I'll let the images "do the talking"...
it rests ~ 3 1/4" tall, and measures ~ 8 1/4" by ~ 6 1/8" otherwise...
it is completely structured of glass, some of which is fused, while some appears overlaid...
the "central figure" seems "frosted", or "satinized"...
the "base" glass looks a "sea green", with striations...
The more I look at this object, the more I like it...perhaps it represents the "sea", with
the figures being some of the life forms present...there are a couple openings in the "bowl" portion,
this being where the original plate of glass is "split" and "overlapped"...
