...A Very nice piece of artwork, the image does not do justice to the detail
of this piece...probably a tourist item, it is artist signed,
"R. Zacharias", and Dated,"1976"...
further wording includes,"Rome" and "Spanish...", which
is obscured by the border...
Most likely professionally matted and framed, I am guessing the work
to be mounted on acid-free paper...
The exposed portion measures ~ 5 3/8" by ~ 3 3/4";
the all-wood, antiqued silver gilt frame is
~ 8 1/2" by ~ 10", and glassed in front...
as a piece of art, exquisite in detail; If you have visited this site,
