The "box" portion is double-hinged, center-opening, with a funky looking "mod" catch...it measures ~6 1/2" by ~8", and ~5 1/2" deep. The Stylized metal handles are swiveled, to lay flat, if needed.... Interiorly, the material lined box is in pretty good shape, age considered; I don't know if the cloth is laid over cardboard or heavy felt, but at some points, a slight "buckling" is noted...looking down into the box, to the (R) is a small, open pocket...there's a tag, which reads, "A Delitl Creation"...I have not learned anything about "Delitl", and can find no documentation on the internet... An absolute MUST for a Vintage Purse Lover!....$75.00.....SOLD
