...While I haven't been able to identify these pieces, I'm convinced they are Depression Era... Both pieces are white glass; The cup's pattern is an "allover" one, and the saucer repeats this same odd "Fish Scale" pattern along the edge... banded in "Fired-On" red I have NEVER seen pieces like these before or since their purchase... No nicks, chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs to either  piece of this highly unusual set......
