It is footed, doble-handled, and features 4-mold construction... Very light to medium Marigold irrdization on clear glass base, it seems to only be irridized internally. Note is made of a horizontal "flake" on one of the saw-tooth projections, which does not change the outline of the piece in any respect...Unknown manufacture, my GUESS is Dugan(?)...probable late 1800's to early 1900's....Beautiful piece, actually understated......
